If I sign up for a subscription does that mean I'm committed to a contract?

No, with Meal Ninja there are no contracts and all of our meal plans are committment free. You can pause your membership or skip a payment at anytime inside your member portal. If you would like to cancel, we ask that you simply give us a call or shoot us a message so we can gain your feedback.

How do I pay for my meals?

You won't be paying for your meals per say. You will be paying for a weekly subscription based on how many meals you would like delivered. Subscription plans start as low as $69.99/week for 5 great tasting, convenient meals which can be used as lunch or dinner.

How do I place my order?

To place your order you will need to sign up for a Meal Plan Subscription to be delivered each week. Then once you have signed up, you will have the option to choose your meals by clicking the link "Click Here To Choose Your Meals." From there you can choose your meals for the specific Meal Plan you have signed up for. If you would like to mix and match your meals from other plans, great, go ahead, we like that too!

I just signed up for a subscription, when do I get my meals?

Awesome! Once you have signed up, your meals will be delivered the Sunday night/Monday morning after you signed up. The only time that will be different is if you sign up Tuesday after 5pm. That is when our billing cycle hits. This is because our members pay for their meals the week prior to their Monday delivery. If you do sign up after Tuesday at 5pm and you would like your meals that Sunday night/Monday morning, give us a call, email, or message and we will try to make that happen for you.

When does the menu get updated?

The menu will update for the following week of meals Tuesday depending on our meal volume.

What if 5 meals per week is too many for me to eat with my schedule?

5 meals is the lowest amount of meals we offer as a Meal Plan. If 5 is too many than we recommend ordering double the amount of meals you would eat in a week and freeze half. Then skip the next week and repeat. All meal containers are freezer safe.

I have a food allergy. What do I do?

Don't worry. We follow all Food Safety Standards and Operating Procedures regarding food allergies and cross contamination in our kitchen. If you have a food allergy concern, let us know via email or in the delivery instructions in your order so we can take the appropriate action.

How do I create my account?

In order to create an account with Meal Ninja, click the icon of the person in the top right of your screen. Click "Create Account." You can also use this same button to sign into an exisiting account.

Are these meals already prepared and cooked?

Yes! All of the meals at Meal Ninja are ready to pop in the microwave or oven and enjoy. Ninja tip: We recommend removing the lid and taking a damp paper towel, placing it over the container, and heating for 90-120 seconds.

How do I pause my subscription?

In order to pause your subscription you must login to your account from the icon in the top right of your screen. From there you will see your current and past orders. Look for the link that says "subscriptions." From there you can manage your subscription. You can also always reach out to us and we can take care of it for you.

What If I want Double Protein Meals and Regular Protein Meals in my subscription?

If you would like to have both Double and Regular Protein Meals, then you will need to create two subscriptions. This means you would need a minimum of 5 meals for each subscription.

What do I do with my empty meal containers?

The meal containers are yours to keep or recycle. They come in handy.

What do I do with my delivery bag?

Meal Ninja kindly requests that you leave your refrigerated grocery bag(s) outside of your door prior to your next delivery. Continued failure to do so will result in bag fee.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Redeeming your Ninja Stars is easy. First you will need to cancel your current subscription from your account portal. Next, click on the "Rewards" button on the bottom left side of your screen and select "Redeem Points." Select the reward you would like to redeem. Once you have done this, sign up for a new subscription. The Reward should show up in your cart as a promotional code. Once you have the subscription in your cart, YOU MUST contact us via the Live Support Chat so we can approve the reward. Once we have approved the reward, you can check out with your new subscription. Unfortunately we cannot automate this process just yet.

How can I earn more points?

Members can earn Ninja Stars in a variety of ways. Click on the "Rewards" button to see how to earn more Ninja Stars.

What if I am not home during the delivery time?

If you aren't home during your scheduled delivery time, don't worry! We deliver your meals cold in a refrigerated grocery bag. This bag has at least one 80 oz. gel pack inside. This pack will remain frozen for 6-12 hours.
