If you’re not completely satisfied with one of your meals, we’ll gladly issue a full refund for that meal.
How to Request a Refund
To begin the refund process, please email sales@themealninja.com with the following information:
- Your name as it appears on your account
- The date you received your order
- The name of the meal(s) you’re requesting a refund for
- A brief explanation of what you didn’t like
Once we receive your request, we’ll begin processing your refund. We may also reach out to you for additional feedback so we can continue improving our meals and service.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at sales@themealninja.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Welcome to Meal Ninja! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, subscriptions, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility
By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
2. Our Services
Meal Ninja prepares fresh, chef-crafted meals available through recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases. New menus are published weekly and are subject to change based on ingredient availability, seasonal offerings, and production needs.
3. Account Information
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, and delivery address.
Meal Ninja is not responsible for missed deliveries, delays, or additional charges resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Weekly Meal Selection
Each week, Meal Ninja publishes a new menu featuring a variety of fresh meals across multiple meal plan categories.
Customers may select the meals they would like to receive before the published weekly ordering deadline. While meal plans are designed around specific dietary preferences (Traditional, Athletic, Keto/Low Carb, Plant-Based, or Variety), customers are generally welcome to select meals from any category unless otherwise specified.
If meal selections are not submitted before the weekly deadline, your order will automatically be prepared using Chef’s Choice meals based on your subscribed meal plan.
Chef’s Choice meals are selected by Meal Ninja and are intended to reflect the style and dietary focus of your selected plan. If dietary preferences or restrictions have been noted on your account, we will make every reasonable effort to consider them; however, we cannot guarantee accommodations unless meals are selected before the weekly deadline.
5. Subscription Billing
Meal Ninja subscriptions automatically renew each week unless skipped, paused, or canceled before the applicable weekly ordering deadline.
Payment is processed in advance to allow us to purchase fresh ingredients and prepare your meals.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions through their account portal.
6. Skipping, Pausing & Canceling
Subscriptions may be skipped, paused, or canceled before the published weekly ordering deadline.
Changes requested after the deadline may not take effect until the following delivery week, as ingredients and production schedules may already be finalized.
7. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, delivery fees, shipping charges, and other applicable charges will be calculated during checkout.
Promotional offers, discounts, referral incentives, and first-time customer offers are available for limited times and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
Meal Ninja reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
8. Products & Availability
Because all meals are freshly prepared, menu availability may vary.
Meal Ninja reserves the right to:
- Substitute ingredients when necessary.
- Replace unavailable menu items with comparable options.
- Modify recipes due to supplier shortages or seasonal availability.
- Discontinue products or menu items at any time.
Any substitutions will be made in good faith while maintaining the overall quality, flavor profile, and nutritional intent of the meal whenever reasonably possible.
9. Food Allergies & Dietary Information
Meal Ninja clearly identifies many common allergens and dietary preferences to help customers make informed choices.
All meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen that processes ingredients including, but not limited to:
- Milk
- Eggs
- Wheat
- Soy
- Peanuts
- Tree Nuts
- Sesame
- Fish
- Shellfish
Meal Ninja follows strict food handling, sanitation, and preparation procedures designed to minimize the risk of cross-contact between ingredients. While we take every reasonable precaution to reduce cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free of allergens.
Customers with severe food allergies or sensitivities should use their own judgment when ordering and are encouraged to contact us with any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods before placing an order.
Nutritional information, including calories and macronutrients, is provided as an estimate and may vary slightly due to ingredient sourcing, preparation methods, and natural variations in food products.
10. Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible delivery location.
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Meal Ninja is not responsible for:
- Incorrect delivery addresses
- Missing apartment numbers or gate codes
- Inaccessible delivery locations
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Meals left unrefrigerated after delivery
- Spoilage resulting from meals not being promptly refrigerated
Customers should refrigerate meals immediately upon receipt.
11. Shipping
Customers located outside our local delivery area may be eligible for refrigerated shipping.
Estimated shipping charges may be displayed during checkout; however, shipping rates are based on the final delivery address, package weight, package dimensions, and current carrier pricing. Final shipping charges may be adjusted accordingly and are not guaranteed at checkout.
If a shipping rate adjustment is necessary after an order is placed, the customer will be notified prior to shipment and given the opportunity to approve the updated shipping charge or cancel the order for a full refund.
While Meal Ninja works with trusted shipping carriers, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, transportation delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
If you are dissatisfied with a meal, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@themealninja.com.

- The meal in question
- A description of the issue
Photos may be requested to help us evaluate quality concerns.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Meal Ninja reserves the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, or repeated misuse of our Satisfaction Guarantee.
13. Promotions
First-time customer discounts, promotional codes, referral rewards, gift cards, and special offers may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
Meal Ninja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.

Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy
Purchase Options
Meal Ninja offers recurring subscription meal plans. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Meal Ninja, LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to our published billing schedule.
Subscription charges will continue until you choose to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription through your Member Portal.
By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that recurring payments are a condition of maintaining an active subscription and authorize Meal Ninja to process these recurring charges without additional approval prior to each billing cycle.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers have full control over their subscription and may:
- Pause future deliveries
- Skip individual weeks
- Resume service at any time
- Cancel their subscription
Subscription changes must be completed through your Member Portal prior to the published weekly billing deadline. Changes requested after the billing deadline may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription, including pausing, skipping, or canceling deliveries before the applicable billing deadline.
Meal Ninja cannot guarantee refunds for orders that have already been processed due to a customer’s failure to pause or cancel their subscription before the billing deadline.
